    \nFill out the form for your service package directly online here, select the conditions and send it off. You will receive an individual draft contract by e-mail shortly*.<\/li>\n
  2. Receive & sign contract documents<\/strong>
    \nTake your time to review the documents. Accept the contract by signing it and returning it directly by e-mail.<\/li>\n
  3. Activation of the contract<\/strong>
    \nAfter receiving the document, Ivoclar will assign you an individual contract number. The contract will be countersigned by Ivoclar. The service is valid from the agreed contract start date. You will then receive the complete contract documents together with your first invoice simply and digitally by e-mail.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    *Processing in the form of checking the information and preparing the draft contract is subject to a certain processing time. If you have not received a response within 48 hours, please contact your local contact person or the specialist department directly at: licenses@ivoclar.com<\/a><\/p>\n
